THE TOWER OF HEALTHY LONGEVITY
In December 2025, my life changed when I suffered a stroke and was later diagnosed with CADASIL, a hereditary condition that increases my risk of future strokes.
With a strong family history of stroke, I realized I could not control my genetics—but I could take greater control of how I lived.
I began focusing on improving my cardiovascular fitness and VO₂ max, one of the strongest measurable indicators of cardiorespiratory fitness and long-term health.
But as a busy executive, I needed a system that was simple, efficient, and realistic.
That is why I created the Tower of Healthy Longevity.
The Tower is built around one simple idea: One Daily Habit. Two Training Systems.
In one 30-minute session, we train the body while reinforcing the mindset and habits of a Longevity Athlete.
What began as my personal response to a stroke has become a much bigger mission: helping millions of people build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a better future...
—one workout - 2 training systems.
Our Mission
SCIENCE-BACKED LONGEVITY • CARDIOVASCULAR EXCELLENCE • HABIT-BASED HEALTH
Training Systems
Structured protocols designed to optimize cardiovascular health and longevity through clinical precision and technical rigor.
01
Why VO2 max?
VO₂ max is central to the Tower of Healthy Longevity because it provides a measurable picture of how effectively the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and muscles work together to deliver and use oxygen during exercise. Higher cardiorespiratory fitness is strongly associated with better functional capacity, lower risk of many chronic diseases, and longer, healthier life. The Tower Program uses progressive daily movement and cardiovascular training to help participants improve this “engine” of the body while building habits they can sustain for life. VO₂ max therefore gives the Tower both a clear training target and an objective way to measure progress toward becoming a stronger, healthier Longevity Athlete.
02
What is a Longevity Athlete?
A Longevity Athlete is someone who intentionally trains for a longer, healthier, more capable life—not simply for appearance or short-term fitness. They consistently move, exercise, recover, sleep well, and make healthier choices because those behaviors are part of who they believe they are. Self-identifying as a Longevity Athlete is important because identity can shape behavior: instead of repeatedly asking, “Do I feel like exercising today?” the person begins to think, “This is what a Longevity Athlete does.” That identity helps turn healthy actions into repeatable habits, making it easier to stay consistent and build the physical capacity, resilience, and lifestyle needed for healthy longevity.
03
What is Longevity Escape Velocity
Longevity Escape Velocity is the concept that advances in medicine and biotechnology could eventually extend healthy human life faster than aging takes it away—for example, future treatments might add more than one year of healthy life for every year that passes. It remains a forward-looking concept rather than an achieved scientific reality. The Tower of Healthy Longevity is designed around a simple idea: stay as healthy, strong, and capable as possible today so you have the best opportunity to benefit from the breakthroughs of tomorrow. By improving cardiovascular fitness, VO₂ max, sleep, movement, nutrition, and sustainable health behaviors, Tower participants are working to extend their healthspan and build a stronger “bridge” toward a future when new longevity technologies may become available.
